Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with a Hunters Pro or Venue Partner subscription, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. Change of mind is fine — you do not need to justify the request.

Email us at corey@beerhunter.io with your order email or invoice number and we will arrange it for you. Refunds are issued through our payment processor, Stripe, back to your original payment method.

You can cancel at any time from your billing portal — there is no lock-in. Cancelling stops future renewals, and your paid features stay active until the end of the current billing period. If a renewal charge catches you by surprise, contact us and we will sort it out.

Hopcoins, venue shares and portfolio values are earned in-app, have no cash value and are not purchased with real money, so they are not part of any refund. Refunds relate only to paid subscription charges.

Refunds normally reach your original payment method within 5–10 business days once approved, depending on your bank. Payments and refunds are processed by Stripe on our behalf.
