BeerHunter (the "Service") is operated by Beer Hunter ("we", "us", "our"). When you use the Service or buy a subscription, you are entering into an agreement with Beer Hunter. You can reach us at corey@beerhunter.io.

By creating an account, browsing the Service or continuing to use it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service. You must be of legal drinking age in your jurisdiction, and if you accept on behalf of a business you confirm you have authority to bind it.

BeerHunter helps people find and compare beer prices at venues, largely using information submitted by our community and publicly available venue information. Prices, happy hours and venue details are indicative only and may be out of date or incorrect. Always confirm with the venue before relying on them.

Hopcoins, venue shares, portfolios and index features are a free game layer for entertainment. They have no cash value, are not currency, securities or an investment of any kind, and cannot be redeemed for money. Nothing on the Service is financial advice.

Keep your login details confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date, including when you claim a venue as its owner or representative.

You must not:

• use the Service unlawfully, or for fraud, spam or misleading submissions;
• submit prices, notes or content you know to be false, or manipulate rankings, votes or rewards;
• infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights;
• interfere with the Service's security or integrity — no malware, probing, scanning, bulk scraping or circumventing technical limits;
• reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the Service.

You grant us a limited licence to host, display and process content you submit (such as prices and notes) solely to operate and improve the Service.

We retain all ownership of the Service and its intellectual property, including software, design, branding and compiled data sets. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service, and any paid features included in the plan you have purchased.

We offer paid subscriptions (currently Hunters Pro and Venue Partner). Plans renew automatically each billing period until cancelled, and you can cancel at any time with no lock-in.

Payment, billing, currency, tax, invoicing and refund processing are handled on our behalf by Stripe. Please see Stripe's consumer terms and our Refund Policy.

Beer Hunter is the seller of the subscriptions offered on this site. Our checkout is operated by Stripe, which processes payments, calculates and remits applicable taxes, and handles transaction-level billing support and disputes on our behalf. Charges may appear on your statement with a Stripe-related descriptor alongside Beer Hunter. For anything about your account or plan, contact corey@beerhunter.io.

We work hard to keep BeerHunter available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Features may change, and to the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, fraud or security risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the Service at any time. On termination, paid access ends at the close of the current billing period and we may delete your content after a reasonable period.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential or special loss, including lost profits, data or goodwill, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury, or rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

You indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the Service or your breach of these terms.

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and the courts of New South Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction. You may not assign your rights without our consent; we may assign ours in a merger or sale of business. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control.
